Product definition & deliverables
·     Understanding the trends & customer business needs

·     Making sure that Cross functional processes are stitched to deliver to product promise

Profitability for the product
·      Increasing the profitability of the product --various cost items, devising alternate options to achieve the lower cost.
·      Working with SCM to negotiate with 3rd party partners to lower the cost
·    Understanding the cost inputs levers & variables w.r.t.  scalability, sharing across products etc

Product Innovation
·    Bench-marking of the product w.r.t. competition, other  global service providers, substitute products
·   New potential segment/business use cases wherein the product may be utilised 
·  Working with partners to build the new product enhancements/feature/innovation

Partner Engagement & Governance
·       To identify and establish relationships with the partners
·      Developing & maintaining Security partner eco-system.

 
 
 
 

Demonstrated (Key competencies)

·     High level understanding of technologies such as Endpoint security, User security, Network security, Data Center & Cloud Security, SOC, MDR, and other emerging Cyber security technologies and their commercial manifestations.
·     Excellent analytical skills.
·     Good presentation and communication skills and knowledge of MS excel and PPT.
·     Strong Commercial Skills
·      Ability to influence key stake holders in other Functions to achieve business objectives
Strong Partner Management Skills.
Educational Level
Must have: Graduate Engineer, MBA

Working Experience
Must have: Around 10+ years experience in Security SI / security OEM . 
Ø Expanding airtel’s Cyber Security product portfolio with partners.  
Ø Analysis of existing offerings and products, discussion with partners to ensure all support (technical and commercial) is available to sales and pre-sales team.
Ø Market segmentation for target customers, product marketing planning Cyber Security.
Ø Benchmarking of key market trends around the product – pricing, new features, competitor moves, alternate product, customer behavior & trends.
Ø Self learning and certifications on prominent security technologies viz end point , DLP, User Security, Data center & Cloud Security, SOC etc.
Ø Working with partners/cross functional teams for development, testing and end to end process stitching and Process Document creation for any new product variant/service.
Ø Developing product promotion plans, product communication plan to internal field team and customers
Ø Create case studies of success on Cyber security. Provide best industry practice for security across threat vectors.
Ø Increasing the profitability of the product --various cost items, devising alternate options to achieve the lower cost.
Ø Working with cross functional team with representation from SCM, Finance, Customer support to make sure that have the processes around the product which delivers the product promise to the customer.
Ø Engaging with sales team , pre sales team and customer team to improve PPI / API.
Ø New product and feature development for Cyber Security.
