  • Unearth insights from primary & secondary sources & be the voice of consumer logic
  • Ensure that research & direct consumer data is used to consistently sharpen our strategic focus
  • Interface with the product marketing group to influence the pipeline of products / propositions
  • Management of workflows & timelines for development of ATL  campaigns (across TV, print, retail, digital, outdoor & radio)
  • Complete oversight from brief to output for all BTL campaigns
  • Manage 3rd party vendors (e.g. film producers, photographers etc.) to ensure we get best in class quality
  • Ensure management of timelines for campaign (ATL & BTL) development
  • Ensure total compliance with brand guidelines
  • Liaise with Circles to ensure most effective deployment of campaigns
  • Work with the media team to ensure that most efficient solutions are deployed
  • Ensure that agency resources are fully engaged/ keen to work on our business
Skills Required
  • Creative judgment needed to assess BTL & ATL work
  • Management of an ATL/ BTL calendar on assigned businesses
  • Management of partner agencies & vendors
  • Internal partnership with Circles & marketing group
Educational Qualifications
  • MBA from Tier 1 institute
Work Experience
  • 6-8 years
  • Internet industry / Media industry
