  • To improve customer stickiness and thereby continuously upgrading customers usage by maintaining equilibrium of customer rate and market 
  • To reduce the overall dormancy of newly acquired consumers through various stimulation & engagement programs
  • Close coordination with circles team for managing the segmented programs which will ensure right offer for right consumer
  • To surface new and impactful ideas in designing offers for onboarding the customers onto the network and maximizing movement to the HNI segment 
  • Derive consumer insights through research, market data and analytics
  • Understanding consumer cohorts / segments and barriers and triggers for each segment
  • Build strategies to drive voice & data adoption / consumption
  • Design products on the basis of consumer insights
  • Strong ROI measurement analytics on marketing efforts
  • Strong domain knowledge to execute all grids, entire bit on churn management, high value etc.

Responsible for liaisons with the circle marketing team to drive Prepaid GTM/CLM activities & ensure customer delight with various programs. You will also design programs to increase the overall engagement of the customers through new offerings in the market.
