  • Escalation handling
  • Timely resolution & RCA of escalations
  • Cascade learning to field teams
  • Process design for new projects
  • Prepare training material & cascade to teams
  • 5 to 7 years of the experience in similar role
  • Experience in Telecom for 4-5 years, broadband experience will be an added advantages
  • Process knowledge

Person will be responsible for Escalation handling through various sources. Person need to ensure timely resolution & proper RCA and cascade the learning to field teams to reduction in escalations.

Person will be responsible for new projects within IFR function
